Absolute/True Autumn
With warm hair and eyes, harmonize your makeup palette to match. Lipstick colors include red-orange, orange, salmon pink, deep-orange and rust, in cremes or frosted. Blush in same colors, as well as muted with brown tones. Eyeshadow colors include violet, blue-green, forest green, pine greens and metallic browns, with gold for highlighter. Eyeliner in brown or eye color, green or teal.
Golden Autumn (or Warm Autumn)
Metallic golden hair suggests salmon pink lipstick, or red-orange. Pure orange blush with some brown. Commonly blue eyes with flecks, eyeshadow colors of blue-green, forest green, pure violet and light blue, with tan, rust and gold for contouring eyes. Line eyes with brown, navy, or green from fan.

Gentle Autumn (or Soft Autumn)
Metallic light brown hair, neutrals body colors. Best lipstick is salmon pink, or light rust. Light coral blush, match to romantic color. Often blue eyes, blue eyeshadow with light olive green or neutral browns. Also try violet, brown or tan for highlight. Use brown or navy blue eyeliner. Lipstick

Striking Autumn (or Dark Autumn)
Hair is either black or deep auburn, with much lighter skintone creating contrast almost appearing Winter. Lipsticks of deep red-orange. Do not choose light or neutral lipstick. Line lips with brown or red-brown pencil. Blush should be deep red-orange. Try using cool eyeshadows, such as pure violet, light blue, navy blue, blue-green, but highlight with Autumn tan. Gray haired Autumn
Most Autumn body colors are warm, when hair goes gray it has a cooling effect. Even if eyes are brown, brown is no longer as good as other neutrals. Match lipstick and blush to romantic color found when pinching finger. Eyeshadow colors include pure violet, light blue, blue-green, navy blue, forest green or olive green.
